2. Encouraging discussions via their web site, Skype, or face to face to look at the advantages to their peoples, evaluate methods, and plan implementation;
3. Creating national and local think tanks which can
   • Help to solve local problems;
   • Work together with a world-wide network of think tanks which can form a support to governments attempting to fund and implement developments in their various countries; and
   • Work with the international think tanks developing ways to make development available for all at a global community level.
4. Organising a lobby of local and national governments in an all-win spirit; and participating in the over all lobby of their government when it is meeting with other governments on relevant issues at the UN.
