This lobby would consist of a working group at UN Headquarters or on the sites where relevant UN decision making conferences are held and be attended by representatives of any organization that is officially accredited to that UN Conference; and a team consisting of as many members as the UN allows from the coordination group.

These would meet daily during relevant UN Conferences to discuss

• meet any challenges encountered by participants as they lobbied governments.
• address challenges governments must meet; and
• be in touch via Internet with the network of national and local think tanks to draw on their expertise.

Together this network of think tanks, working with the internatioal lobby group at the UN would form a sort of global brain focussed on the building a sustainable global community in which development for all is funded and implemented and all citizens can participate in the governance of an all-win global community.
